Today...

Meghan decided today was a good day to roll over. We still haven't rolled from back to front, which apparently is normally the first one, but we have rolled from front to back. She did it twice at Great-Grandma Lois' house...of course she wouldn't duplicate when we got the camera out...she just smiled and looked all pretty. :-P

First Plane Ride

We went to FL...just got back early this morning. Meghan did EXCEPTIONALLY well on the plane. Coo'd and greated everyone as they got on the plane and slept through the flights themselves. The wedding was beautiful, the surprise wedding shower for Jackie was a success. Meghan had a few fussy moments, but nothing tooooo horrible I suppose. She went in the big swimming pool for the first time and seemed to love it.

The staff at US Airways is INCREDIBLE. They were so helpful. I cannot say enough good about them.

A year ago today...

I got my positive pregnancy test!

My Little Flirt!

Angie and I were at Denny's today and I found that we're going to have a problem with Ms. Meghan as she grows...she likes older boys. (wink)

I had her up on my shoulder and she was facing behind me...all of a sudden, she starts cooing and smiling...I look behind me and there's a little boy (around 6-7ish?) smiling right back at her...he starts saying "hi baby girl, hi little baby, hi..."... She was IN LOVE with him...smiling away. The two of them carried on for about 4-5 minutes.

I'm so screwed...

(Mind you, this is the same little girl who was flirting with all the cops she has met...)

4 Month Checkup

All in all, a great appointment. Meghan got her next series of shots and didn't cry nearly as much this time as she did last time. She also seemed to tolerate them better as far as afterwards went...Don't get me wrong, she still passed out (in the same position as after her 2 month shots), but she wasn't nearly as cranky. The Dr (Boheen) was impressed with her tracking and head control.

She weighs 16lbs 7.4oz and is 25 3/4 inches long. Grow Baby, Grow!

We're to continue with the Prevacid and the cereal and will now be giving her fruits that start with "P"... "P for Poop"...that's what they're hoping it will accomplish. They're limiting her water intake to 2oz a day, except for when we go to Florida at which point they want her to have about 4oz a day.

She goes back in 2 months.

Meghan's latest trick is to shove her hand so far into her mouth that she gags...this morning, she made herself vomit. If it's not her hands, it's her teethers... *shrug*

Exersaucer Shopping!

We went shopping for an exersaucer today...we found one that Meghan liked and we were ready to buy it...that is until I realized there wasn't enough room in the car for it! We'll have to make another trip...darn! (wink)

She didn't seem so sure about the last one we tried her in...not sure if it was that, or the wet diaper that had her fussing... (smile)

She also got a stuffed puppy from Aunt Rea that she has to hold on to every chance she gets! She really seems to love him (or her?)!
