Child Labor

Grandma said she wanted to vacuum the floor and that led to Mommy wanting to rearrange the furniture. Daddy took the air conditioner out and we changed the living room around...EVERYTHING got vacuumed and Mommy even got rid of a bunch of stuff that I don't play with anymore.

Grandma was washing the windows and I just helped myself to some paper towel and started helping her. I did a good job, she said!




I was scared of the vacuum at first, but jumped right in after Daddy talked to me.






After that, I did the Wiggle Dance (on the coffee table, Mommy was NOT impressed)

A New "Ride"

Mommy entered a contest on Paypal and won some funny money...just $25, but still...so I have a new ride, persay...

This is the inside of a pouch that Mommy bought for me to be carried in...



The outside is a pretty chocolate brown.

This will definitely help Mommy hold me after her surgery and will also be useful if I ever get a baby brother or sister.

It's been a while...

Mommy hasn't updated this as much as she should...she's also stopped taking quite as many pictures of me.

We haven't had much going on in the last few weeks...I've taken a liking to "The Wiggles" and am now increasing my DVD collection and decreasing Mommy's available cash. She says I'm worth it.

I spent last weekend with Grandma and Grandpa...I told Grandma that I wanted to go to the new store in Colonie Center...so we went. Then Grandma says I told her that I wanted to go to Brooks for dinner on Tuesday night, so we went there too...I'm awfully persuasive.

Today Mommy and I ran errands...we went to the post office and then to Wal*Mart...I fell asleep on the way home, but only took an hour nap. I spent the next hour after that snuggling with Mommy...had to throw her a bone, I suppose.

I'm still keeping Mommy on her toes with my sleeping schedule...though maybe "sleeping" is the wrong word to use. I much prefer to sleep with her in her bed so if I can swing it, I wake up and pretend to be upset. She's a sucker.

However, I did try and climb out of my crib this morning...Mommy's hoping it was a one time deal...I'm not so sure it was... (insert evil laugh here)

I went to the Dr's last week for my 18 month appointment. I'm 34 inches tall and 27lbs. I demonstrated my pirouettes for the doctor. She clapped for me.

OK...it's time for me to go to sleep for a little while.

A New Hat and Some Hot Peppers

I have a favorite new hat - it's a plastic canvas tissue holder that I put on my head and will wear for (literally) hours. Aren't I fashionable? (Notice the cut on my nose? I decided to jump off the bed...head first.)




I also decided to try a new food today - I took a small hot pepper off the table and started to eat it like an apple.
